It seems Jude Bellingham is on a mission to lift the World Cup, as he showed again he can change the game whenever he wants. Diego Maradona did it in 1986, Brazilian Ronaldo did it in 2002, Lionel Messi dragged Argentina to gold in 2022, and now Bellingham is trying to do the same for England.
Bellingham Different Class
Jude Bellingham had five shots on goal, the most of any England player, and won the most duels and fouls. He is all over the pitch giving everything for the England badge, and at only 23 years of age he is on route to join a list of legends of the game. Only Maradona and now Bellingham have scored two or more goals in consecutive knockout matches at a World Cup tournament. He is also with Pele, the youngest player to achieve this feat.
Now England will face Argentina and Messi in a blockbuster World Cup semi-final in Atlanta on Wednesday. England will believe that with a player as good as Jude Bellingham in the team, they can beat the current world champions and make their way into their second-ever World Cup final.
