- Ten stadiums will be involved in the Euro 2028 Football Championships hosted by the UK and Ireland.
- There will be around 3 million tickets available for fans, and the tournament will run from the 9th of June to the 9th of July.
There will be stadiums across all five nations, with Wembley hosting the final; there is no room for Anfield or Old Trafford on the list of stadiums. It is estimated that the tournament will bring in £2.6 billion to the economy of England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland.
The matches of the Euro 2028 tournament will be held at 10 grounds across the UK. The stadiums include: Wembley, which will host the final, Glasgow’s Hampden Park, the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Dublin’s Aviva Stadium, Belfast’s Casement Park, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Etihad Stadium, Everton’s Bramley-Moore Dock, St James Park, and Villa Park Stadium.
There will be a different format for the Euro 2028 tournament with teams drawn in 12 groups of four or five teams. The matches will take place at home and away. The qualifying group stage is set to start in March 2027. All the group winners will qualify for the tournament, with runners-up going through a play-off match.
